Principal Accountabilities:
- This role would be accountable for managing all the HR activities with key stakeholders (hiring managers and leadership).
- Establishing and ensuring that all aspects of the selection process.
- In co-ordination with Reporting Managers, ensure KRAs are drawn for every recruit to set expectations on role and periodic appraisals as per company policy
- Implementing the performance management process and ensuring managers have meaningful conversations with employees.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining employee files.
- Responsible for initiating a background check for all the joiners.
- Driving learning & development initiatives and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Create, monitor, and ensure to stay within the proposed department budgets by working closely with the accounting department.
- Lead SSAE audit renewals successfully on a yearly basis, making sure SSAE requirements are adhered to by all departments and ensuring that ITR is in compliance at all times.
- Manage contracts and maintain contract compliance with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Collating employee feedback and facilitating annual review of HR policies and procedures.
- Building the companys professional network through relationships with vendors, independent contractors, colleagues, and other partners.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Highly organized and have experience directing others.
- Developed and managed reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, think strategically and partner with leadership on HR initiatives
- Ability to facilitate HR plan and strategy and constructively challenge and influence leadership on people/HR issues
- Fluent English is a mustproven written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills.
