About the Internship
Skillzenloop is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive Intern to support our human resources operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR processes in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and MIS
Support employee engagement and communication initiatives
Coordinate training and development activities
Assist with compliance-related and administrative HR tasks
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools is a plus
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
