HR Executive Intern

Location: Remote

Internship Type: Full-Time

Duration: 1–3 Months

Stipend: 15,000 per month

About the Internship

Skillzenloop is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive Intern to support our human resources operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR processes in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and MIS

• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives

• Coordinate training and development activities

• Assist with compliance-related and administrative HR tasks

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools is a plus

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
