Job Description

Location: Pune-Hybrid working, two days per week in the office.

Status:6 months Contract

Why are we hiring a HR Executive We're on the hunt for a HR Executive as part of our company's growth.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key HR operations and initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role will play a vital part in onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS maintenance, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR functioning in alignment with organizational goals.

What to expect

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Set up employee records within the HRIS.
  • Facilitate exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and maintain attrition dashboards.

HR Operations & Employee Data Management


  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS/HRMS platforms.
  • Prepare MIS reports (attendance, headcount, leaves, etc.).
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate monthly inputs (attendance, benefits, deductions).
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement


  • Act as a point of contact for HR related queries.
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
  • Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues with confidentiality.

Compliance & Policies (India-specific)

  • Ensure HR processes comply with Indian labor laws and state-specific regulations (Maharashtra Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory records and support audits.
  • Assist with implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Skills You'll Need


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills


  • Experience within a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboards.
  • Exposure to payroll coordination or HRIS implementation is a plus.
