Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Address employee queries professionally and promptly
Help maintain a positive and healthy work culture
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes (freshers with internships can also apply)
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
