Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee training and development programs for skill enhancement
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture
- Ensure statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
- Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and HR support
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
