We are looking for a dynamic and proactive *HR Executive* to manage *end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, candidate coordination, employee onboarding, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Candidates with exposure to the **Manufacturing Industry* will be preferred.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Recruitment:*
* Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
* Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
*Onboarding:*
* Manage complete employee onboarding process from offer acceptance to joining.
* Coordinate document collection, verification, and joining formalities.
* Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
* Prepare and maintain employee records and onboarding documentation.
* Ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
* Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding requirements.
*Required Skills:*
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
* Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
