Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive with strong experience in core HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage HR processes end-to-end and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & On-boarding

1. End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers.

2. Managing new joiner documentation, induction, orientation & onboarding workflow.

3. Knowledge in planning strategic ideas for recruitment

Employee Engagement & Office Culture

1. Plan team activities, celebrations, R&R programs, and engagement initiatives.

2. Support HR initiatives to strengthen communication and employee satisfaction.

HR Operations & Compliance

1. Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records.

2. Manage HRMS updates and generate HR reports.

3. Experience or knowledge in ZOHO People added advantage

3. Support PF, ESI, and statutory compliance coordination.

Documentation

1. Maintenance of monthly inputs (attendance, leave, shifts).

2. Draft HR documentsoffer letters, confirmation letters, notices, experience letters.

Performance & Exit Management

1. Support appraisal cycles and documentation.

2. Handle resignations, exit interviews, clearance, and F&F coordination.

Qualifications

1. MBA HR / Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

2. 3+ years experience as HR Executive/Generalist.

3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

4. Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations.

5. Proficient in HR related tools
