Position Summary
BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, is looking for an HR Junior Executive on a permanent role basis. The position is based out of Chennai, India.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12 years of experience in Human Resources
- MBA/MSW in HR from a reputed management school (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise in people management
- Strong skills in conflict management and resolution
- Flexibility to travel for official purposes (as required)
- Working knowledge in G-Suite and MS office tools
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HRMS updates
- Oversee time, attendance, and leave management
- Handle employee grievances, 1:1 sessions, PIP and disciplinary action process
- Drive employee life cycle processes including probation confirmations
- Working knowledge on HRMS tools
- Coordinate and manage training programs

- Ensure compliance with audits and statutory requirements
- Managing employee benefits and wellness programs
- Administer rewards and recognition programs
- Drive varied talent engagement programs
- Drive retention initiatives and exit management processes
- Prepare and publish various HR report, metrics & dashboards
- Ensure smooth stakeholder management
