We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. This position is suitable for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in HR or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
