We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and develop their career in Human Resources. The HR Executive will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture improvement.
