Position: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring and lateral recruitment requirements across departments.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct employee counseling sessions and support conflict resolution activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, investigation, and closure of employee-related matters.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Payroll & Attendance Management
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Manage attendance records, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
- Verify payroll-related information and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare payroll and attendance reports for management review.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, UAN, and other compliance-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and audit-ready files.
- Support policy implementation, disciplinary procedures, and organizational compliance initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and compliance documentation.
- Administration & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
- Monitor task completion, employee performance tracking, and departmental coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction programs, and exit formalities.
- Support office administration activities and employee-related operational requirements.
- Maintain HR dashboards, management reports, and operational records.
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Shift timings may be assigned or modified based on business and operational requirements.
