Job Description

Core responsibilities

Talent acquisition and management:

  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, conduct onboarding for new employees, and oversee offboarding procedures.

Employee relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, address grievances, and handle conflicts and disciplinary actions fairly.

Compliance:

  • Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations and that all employees follow HR policies.

Performance management:

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Training and development:

  • Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

HR strategy:

  • Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and contribute to organizational growth.

Record keeping:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
