We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment and effective HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Greyt HR tool and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
