Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for all recruitment vendors supporting BPO hiring.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and communicate them to vendors.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality candidates from vendors as per job specifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between vendors, candidates, and internal hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry hiring needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing multiple third-party agencies.
  • Exposure to volume and niche hiring practices.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
