As an HR Executive at Square One Media Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees. fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the company's overall mission to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs tailored to the creative and fast-paced nature of our industry.
- Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to address employee concerns and implement solutions to enhance engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys to measure employee attrition, happiness index, and other relevant cultural metrics to assess and improve the workplace environment.
- Analyze survey data and generate actionable insights to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improving retention and overall satisfaction based on survey findings.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for specialized roles in architectural visualization and advertising.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands in our dynamic industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies, preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
