Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee journey, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to engagement activities and offboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring quick, professional, and caring support.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition campaigns, and company events.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, feedback surveys, and learning programs.
