Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management, and administrative support. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to maintaining a positive work culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Prepare job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure proper onboarding and documentation.
- Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Manage leaves, attendance, and punctuality records.
- Handle joining formalities, confirmation letters, transfer, and exit formalities.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Assist in salary preparation, attendance verification, and monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Coordinate with finance for reimbursements and deductions.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Handle grievances, maintain discipline, and promote a healthy work culture.
- Support performance appraisal and training processes.
- Policies & Documentation
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed.
- Draft HR letters such as offer, appointment, warning, termination, and experience letters.
- Assist in policy development and process improvement initiatives.
