Job Overview

Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

Managing the recruitment and selection process. - Conduct interviews with the candidates. - Documentation ( Preparing Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter ) - Building a healthy environment in the company.

  • Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates.
  • Updating job ads through various methods.
  • Handle the Job portals and update the status of candidates.
  • Manage all the Data in Notion to increase productivity and save time.
  • Direct reporting to HR Manager.
  • Professionally making of job descriptions and CV updation.
  • Confer with management to assess and identify HIRING needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned searches.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Assessing candidates skills and professional details over the phone.
  • Scheduling interviews and checking references.
  • Attracting qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking etc.
  • Must have strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
