Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to lead end-to-end talent acquisition while contributing to broader HR operations. This role is primarily focused on hiring (80%) — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the candidate experience across functions. The remaining 20% will involve supporting HR operations, employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with a builder's mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft accurate job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Build a strong sourcing pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit, motivation, compensation expectations, and notice period.
• Coordinate interview schedules across panels, ensure timely feedback, and maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience.
• Roll out offers, negotiate compensation within approved bands, and drive offer acceptance through proactive engagement.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruitment tracker with accurate, real-time data.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire.
• Drive campus hiring, internship programs, and walk-in drives as required.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and vendor partners.
• Strengthen employer branding through engaging job posts, LinkedIn content, and a positive candidate experience.
2. HR Operations & Generalist Activities
• Drive smooth onboarding and induction for new hires — documentation, BGV coordination, system access, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files in compliance with company policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.
• Address day-to-day employee queries on policies, leaves, attendance, and benefits.
• Contribute to HR projects, dashboards, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sharp screening judgement and ability to assess cultural and role fit quickly.
• Highly organized — able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Hands-on with MS Office / Google Workspace; comfortable working with ATS and HRIS tools.
• Working knowledge of HR fundamentals: onboarding, statutory compliance, and engagement practices.
• High ownership, sense of urgency, and a candidate-first mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
