This role focuses on hands-on HR delivery for the automotive industry—managing hiring, payroll, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced production environment.
Role: HR Executive – Automotive (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, and administrative roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer-to-join processes.
- Administer monthly payroll and statutory filings (PF, ESI, professional tax) in coordination with finance and payroll vendors.
- Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave administration, and timely HR MIS to support production planning and productivity.
- Handle employee relations: grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, counseling, and exit formalities while maintaining fair documentation.
- Ensure labour law compliance at plant level—support audits, maintain registers, and implement policy updates across units.
- Coordinate induction, on-the-job training logistics, and performance appraisal support to drive workforce capability and retention.

- Certification in HR or labour law (e.g., SHRM/Compliance course)
