Job Description

A career opportunity in the Automobile Manufacturing & Aftermarket sector, supporting multiple on-site manufacturing units and shopfloor operations across India. This role focuses on hands-on HR delivery for the automotive industry—managing hiring, payroll, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced production environment.

Role: HR Executive – Automotive (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, and administrative roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer-to-join processes.
  • Administer monthly payroll and statutory filings (PF, ESI, professional tax) in coordination with finance and payroll vendors.
  • Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave administration, and timely HR MIS to support production planning and productivity.
  • Handle employee relations: grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, counseling, and exit formalities while maintaining fair documentation.
  • Ensure labour law compliance at plant level—support audits, maintain registers, and implement policy updates across units.
  • Coordinate induction, on-the-job training logistics, and performance appraisal support to drive workforce capability and retention.

  • Familiarity with SAP HR or GreytHR
  • Certification in HR or labour law (e.g., SHRM/Compliance course)
