We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR policies to support a productive and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and update them as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to improve morale and productivity.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain employee records, manage payroll, and administer benefits programs.
- Training & Development: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
