We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on HR metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
