Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support the execution of performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, circulars, and institutional communications.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and faculty/staff requirements.
- Participate in HR audits, NAAC documentation, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with institutional values.
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
- Preferred: Additional certification or coursework in Labour Law, Payroll Management, or Compliance.
Experience
- 25 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an educational institution or service industry.
- Experience in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) processes and NAAC documentation will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
