Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive based in Kolkata. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, facilitating communication between management and employees, and contributing to the implementation of HR strategies and policies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Employee engagement, communication facilitation, and training development
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• At least 2-3 yrs of experience in HR or Recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
