About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Architect to build the future of our workplace. In this role, you will move beyond simple automation to create a living, breathing digital ecosystem. You will lead our transition into Agentic AI—where intelligent systems proactively solve problems—and deploy automated process orchestration to weave fragmented tools into one seamless, frictionless employee journey.

Crucially, you will partner with our Talent Development teams to ignite a Digital Mindset across the entire organization, ensuring our people are not just using tech, but thinking digital-first.

Your Mission: The Next-Gen HR Roadmap

  • Cultivating the Digital Mindset: Collaborate with Talent Development to design and launch AI Fluency programs. You will move the needle from digital literacy to a digital mindset, empowering employees to experiment with AI, embrace agility, and lead with data-driven curiosity.
  • Agentic AI Deployment: Pilot and scale autonomous AI agents that act as digital teammates—proactively handling complex scheduling, answering nuanced policy queries, and identifying talent gaps before they become vacancies.
  • End-to-End Orchestration: Design a nervous system for HR. Use advanced orchestration tools to connect Recruiting, Payroll, and Performance into a single, automated flow that eliminates manual data entry and swivel-chair tasks.
  • Predictive Talent Intelligence: Move from reporting on the past to predicting the future. Build models that forecast turnover risks, identify high-potential hidden gems, and recommend personalized learning paths for every employee.
  • Hyper-Personalized UX: Leverage AI to create a segment of one experience. Ensure every digital touchpoint—from onboarding to retirement—is tailored to the individual's career stage and skills.
  • Digital Ethics & Governance: Serve as the guardian of our AI conscience, ensuring all automated decisions are transparent, bias-free, and ethically sound.

What You Bring to the role

  • The Orchestrator's Mindset: Deep experience with iPaaS or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, ServiceNow) to link HRIS with the rest of the business.
  • AI Fluency: Working knowledge of LLMs and Agentic frameworks. You know how to prompt, fine-tune, and deploy AI that actually does work.
  • Change Catalyst: A passion for Talent Development. You know how to translate scary tech into exciting growth opportunities for non-technical staff.
  • Data Storytelling: The ability to take noise from predictive models and turn it into a compelling narrative that shifts executive strategy.
