Coordinate and line up telephonic/virtual interviews with respective HODs

Maintain candidate records, documentation, and trackers

Handle background verification and joining formalities

Draft and send offer letters

Manage post-recruitment operations and follow-ups

Execute employee engagement activities across the organization

Work on the company E-Magazine (content coordination, employee highlights, internal communication updates, etc.)
