Role Overview:

As a Verification Executive at IDfy, you will be responsible for executing background verification checks across Employment (Experience), Education, Video KYC (VKYC) and other BGV related processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and adherence to compliance and quality standards to deliver accurate and timely verification outcomes for our clients.

• Position: Executive-Operations
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Location: Andheri (E)- Marol
• Working Days: 6 Days a week | rotational off
• Shifts: 24*7 rotational (Any 9-hour shift)
• Mode: Work from Office only

What You'll be doing...

• Execute employment, education, and VKYC verifications in line with IDfy SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct verification through emails, calls, portals, database checks, and video calls.

• Perform VKYC video calls to validate candidate identity, documents, and liveness as per defined protocols.
• Review and validate documents such as offer letters, experience letters, degree certificates, mark sheets, government IDs, and other supporting records.
