We are looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Head to lead our Human Resources operations and ensure statutory and organizational compliance across all business verticals.

Job Summary

The HR & Compliance Head will be responsible for managing overall HR operations, employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, policy implementation, and workforce management across the organization.

This role requires strong HR leadership, compliance knowledge, and experience handling large workforce and multi-location operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Operations

• Lead end-to-end HR operations

• Develop HR policies and procedures

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

• Oversee employee engagement and retention

• Handle performance management system

• Manage payroll coordination with finance team

• Handle employee grievance management

• Implement HR automation and HRMS systems

Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, etc.)

• Maintain employee compliance documentation

• Handle labour law compliance and audits

• Manage contract labour compliance

• Maintain HR compliance reports and records

• Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants

• Ensure company policy compliance across departments

Workforce & Team Management

• Manage HR team and regional HR staff

• Handle manpower planning and budgeting

• Support business expansion and hiring plans

• Manage employee documentation and contracts

• Coordinate with management for HR strategies

Required Qualifications

• MBA in HR / HR Management / Post Graduate in HR

• 7+ Years of experience in HR & Compliance

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance

• Experience handling large workforce preferred

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Experience in HRMS / HR Software preferred

Preferred Industry Experience

• Skill Development / Training Industry

• Manpower / Staffing Companies

• Manufacturing / Industrial Setup

• Multi-location Organization

• Government Project Handling (Preferred)
