Role Summary:

The Strategic HR Business Partner is a senior individualcontributor role that operates as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The HRBP independently drives enterpriselevel people decisions across org design, performance effectiveness, leadership capability, and critical talent matters. The role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor on people and organization decisions aligned to business priorities.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and performance interventions to support scale and execution.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, people decisionmaking, and change management.
• Drive talent and succession decisions for critical roles in partnership with business leaders and TA.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and businessaligned outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable people strategies, operating with high autonomy and accountability.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in productled or technology organizations.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders/executives.
• Strong capability in org design, performance management, leadership coaching, and talent strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and executive presence.
• Engineering degree or strong exposure to engineering/product environments preferred.
