Role Overview

Capax is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to build and scale our people function as we expand across research, advisory, and media services. This role will lead talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations, with strong ownership of technical recruiting and TA team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function.
  • Design hiring strategy aligned to business growth targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior recruiters
  • Develop recruitment pipelines for consulting, research, media, and sales roles
  • Implement performance management frameworks Drive HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and org design

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1012 years HR experience
  • Strong background in technical recruiting
  • Experience managing TA teams
  • Exposure to IT / consulting / tech hiring preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
