Hr Business Partner

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the HR strategy for the retail organization in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations.
• Provide coaching on managerial and people development to regional managers.
• Solve for front-line attrition through analysis and corrective action.

Key Deliverables:

• Aligned workforce requirements with operational plans and organizational structure.
• Strong succession planning bench through holistic talent review.
• Mitigated concerns identified from organization health and manager connect surveys.
• Timely resolution of employee queries and effective payroll management for contractors.
