Job Description

About the Role: The role is of an advisor, consultant, enabler, and partner and will cover all generalist aspects of people (HR) function, including but not limited to, team member relations, grievance management, talent management/succession planning and supporting day-to-day people matters as well as ongoing process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business managers on matters specific to the business and promote and build a happy and high-performance environment which includes regular meetings with respective business unit's leaders and managers, HR/Amber reviews, 1-0-1 updates, Skip/Pulse feedback etc.
  • Drive regular processes with ownership and efficiency Mid-year/Annual performance management, promotions, rewards & recognition, transfers, team member connects, new hire connect, wellness initiatives and other engagement programs etc.
  • Facilitate the resolution of Team member concerns. Address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Monitoring key HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in core HRBP role.
  • Working knowledge of various human resource disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
