Requirements
- 3-6 years in HRBP / People Partner / strong generalist roles, with time spent in a SaaS or tech product setup.
- Hands-on experience across onboarding, engagement, performance talks, and exits.
- You enjoy fixing broken flows and designing simple, clear experiences.
- You are comfortable running quick experiments, reading data, and changing course fast.
- You can coach managers through hard calls with clarity and care.
- You can handle sensitive employee cases and high-risk exits with maturity.
