HR Business Partner

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $90,000 – $140,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analyses and support strategic decisions. The role combines deep modeling with strong business partnering — translating numbers into clear narratives leadership can act on.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

- Lead monthly variance analysis and management reporting

- Partner with business leaders on planning and decision support

- Build dashboards and KPI reporting for functional teams

- Support board materials, fundraising, and strategic planning

- Mentor junior analysts and review their work

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

- Strong understanding of financial statements and unit economics

- Experience with planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus
