Role : HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner will support specific BU's within the organization. Plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs, talent initiatives, implement policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes.
- Critical/analytical thinking: Act as an Advisor, seeking information and using that information to inform decision and resolve problems.
- Executing tactical and strategic HR functions and processes.
- Provide guidance to business unit managers and development of strategies/recommendations to improve associate engagement satisfaction.
- Develop reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration
Qualifications :
- Educational background: Any graduate
- Experience: 7 to 9 years of professional experience in HR Business partner/ HR Generalist with payroll and Operations.
- Good knowledge of organizational development tools and solid experience on roll outs. Change management and implementation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
