Job Description

This role is for an HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on employee productivity, retention, and overall workforce management. The ideal candidate will be skilled at fostering positive employee relations, managing grievances, and implementing various HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in strategic discussions with business heads, managers, and team leads regarding employee productivity and retention strategies.
  • Manage the headcount of employees.
  • Handle employee staff retention and counseling.
  • Conduct skip-level meetings and one-on-one discussions with employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Promptly solve employee grievances and queries, providing timely status updates.
  • Coordinate induction and new line orientation.
  • Serve as an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
  • Manage the attendance and leave management system.
  • Organize reward and recognition events and celebrate important days within the organization.
