We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our Sales function. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs, especially in a high-performance, target-driven environment. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to sales leaders, driving people initiatives that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Work on manpower planning, budgeting, and hiring strategy for the sales team.
- Actively support Talent Acquisition in closing critical sales roles.
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit for the sales function.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution within the team.
- Drive engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
- Support compensation discussions, incentives, and variable structures aligned with sales performance.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively within the sales team.
- Act as a change agent to drive culture and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years as an HRBP.
- Prior experience supporting Sales or revenue-generating teams is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills.
