About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with expertise in blue-collar and bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for frontline workforce requirements across multiple locations within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce including:
- Delivery Executives
- Warehouse Staff
- Helpers
- Pickers & Packers
- Machine Operators
- Security Guards
- Drivers
- Field Sales Executives
- Manufacturing manpower
- Manage bulk hiring drives and fulfill high-volume hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals
- Field hiring
- Campus/job fairs
- Vendor coordination
- Social media and references
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate with operations and hiring managers for manpower planning.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS.
- Ensure joining conversion and candidate onboarding.
- Manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies for mass hiring.
- Achieve hiring targets within TAT and budget.
- Handle documentation and pre-joining formalities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in blue-collar / frontline hiring.
- Expertise in bulk hiring and mass recruitment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of joining ratio and attrition handling.
