Key Responsibilities •
Lead and manage a team of riders. • Execute bulk recruitment through field visits, drives, walk-ins, and referrals • Allocate daily targets and ensure achievement • Provide on-field guidance and performance support • Ensure end-to-end rider onboarding and activation • Verify rider documents (Aadhar, DL, RC, Bank details) • Support rider engagement and reduce early dropouts
Skills & Competencies •
Minimum 1 year in field recruitment • Strong team handling and communication skills • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset • Willingness to work extensively in the field • Good local market knowledge
