Job Description
Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities. May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants. May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary. Supports company's diversity initiatives and may maintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements. Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures.

The HR Associate role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work independently. This role will be responsible for managing HR activities and employee relations ensuring compliance, supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including Onboarding, HRIS maintenance, Leave and Attendance Management and Exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate / facilitate onboarding & new associate orientation ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Ensure new associate integration and follow-ups including probation and confirmation.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including maintaining and updating employee records, related HR documents, changes and managing benefits administration. Ensure employee records are always updated and available for internal and external HR audits.
- Coordinate performance management, goal setting, reviews, and employee development.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and resolve grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities that foster a positive work environment.
- Conducting exit interviews, track & evaluate feedback and facilitate exit process.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 4 years of experience in HR operations
- Experience in handling hire to retire process.
Skills And Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of hire to retire processes.
- Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to handling employee issues.
- Proficiency in MS office suite & internet.
- Solid attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to work in US shift (India night shift) and work from office (all days)

Video Camera Usage
