Job Description

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Associate - HR Helpdesk for a leading ITES company. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related queries. You'll handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, providing accurate information on policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, and employee data. This position requires efficient issue resolution, adherence to confidentiality, strong communication, and attention to detail. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for HR-related queries, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails from employees, managers, and vendors.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information on HR policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, and employee data.
  • Issue Management: Efficiently resolve HR queries or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Documentation & Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and update records accurately while adhering to documented processes.
  • Collaboration: Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements to existing processes and documentation.
  • HR Transaction Management: Manage HR transactions with high accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a contact center (helpdesk 1).
  • Overall experience in an HR Operations team, including responding to employee queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing HR transactions with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (oral & written), including being an excellent listener and empathetic communicator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel Skills.
  • Strong inbound and outbound call handling skills, along with professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Understanding of HR Employee Data Management & Payroll processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR helpdesk.
  • Experience with Genesys and SuccessFactors.
