Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Apprentice role based in Dehradun. As an HR Apprentice, you will support the HR department in implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing personnel, and coordinating employee benefits. Daily tasks include assisting with employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining HR records, and providing support for various HR-related activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a reputable company.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, recruitment and onboarding
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
