Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
