Job Description: HR & Admin Executive

Company: Prectech Innovation Lab Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Home with mandatory office visit once a week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in performance review and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and compliance requirements.
Administration
  • Coordinate office administration activities and vendor management.
  • Manage company assets and employee asset allocation records.
  • Handle travel arrangements, courier management, and administrative coordination.
  • Maintain administrative records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and service providers when required.
  • Support management with various operational and administrative tasks.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain employee files and statutory records.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
  • Ensure proper documentation and process adherence.
  • Support payroll data preparation and coordination with accounts team.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
  • Experience with HRMS or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
