Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in performance review and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of HR policies and compliance requirements.
Administration
- Coordinate office administration activities and vendor management.
- Manage company assets and employee asset allocation records.
- Handle travel arrangements, courier management, and administrative coordination.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers when required.
- Support management with various operational and administrative tasks.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and statutory records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation and process adherence.
- Support payroll data preparation and coordination with accounts team.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
- Experience with HRMS or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
