Job Description: Account Admin Executive
Exp: 2-3 yrs
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Upto 30K per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Admin Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, and day-to-day HR & financial administration. The role requires knowledge of administartion and other compliance matters, along with general accounting and office support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Operations:
- Supervise and ensure accuracy in attendance, leave management, and HRMS data for all employees.
- Manage and review end-to-end employee lifecycle activities – on boarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, ensuring transparency and consistency
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll-related activities, verifying attendance, leave, and other variable data.
- Manage KRA – KPI coordination, employee grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
2. Payroll & Employee Compliance
- Assist in payroll processing, including statutory compliance.
- Maintain attendance and leave records in HRMS and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with daily attendance, including check-in/check-out records, timesheet verification etc.
- Review and track timesheets, flagging missed entries and ensuring timely submission.
- Process and maintain approvals for WFH requests, leave requests, Helpdesk tickets management and relevant compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of attendance, leave balances, and other reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws, maintain related records, and coordinate audits as required
- Coordinate with IT and Admin teams for workstation setup, access cards, and other joining formalities for new hires.
- Support Helpdesk and approval processes (leave, WFH, tickets, etc.).
4. MIS Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports for management review on requirement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sumifs).
- Worked on HRMS for advance data analysis and report generation (DarwinBox HRMS added advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Bcom /BBA HR preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
