About The Opportunity

This is not a conventional HR role.

We are looking for someone who can help build the people, systems, processes, and operational foundation of HiWox from the ground level.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to recruit talent, improve operational efficiency, create accountability systems, and help build a high-performance startup culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and wants to play an active role in company building.

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Team Building

  • Identify and recruit high-potential team members
  • Manage candidate screening, onboarding, and engagement
  • Build talent pipelines across various functions
  • Support leadership hiring and team expansion initiatives
  • HR Systems & People Operations
  • Create onboarding and team engagement processes
  • Develop performance tracking and accountability frameworks
  • Maintain HR documentation and policies
  • Support culture-building and team retention initiatives
  • Business Operations & Execution
  • Improve operational workflows and internal systems
  • Coordinate across teams and projects
  • Track deliverables and execution timelines
  • Support founders in driving organizational efficiency
  • Strategic Support & Growth
  • Assist in process design and organizational planning
  • Support partnership and operational initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to long-term scaling and growth strategies
