Benwiz Infoservices is a growing BPM and HR Operations company supporting clients across the United States. Since 2019, we have delivered solutions in HR, Employee Benefits Administration, Healthcare Operations, Recruitment Support, and Customer Experience services across India and the US.
As we continue to expand our HR and Benefits Outsourcing practice, we are seeking an experienced professional who can help drive business growth while supporting solution development and client engagement.
About the Role
We are hiring a Solutions & Business Development Consultant to support the growth of our US HR, Benefits Administration, and HR Outsourcing services.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in US Employee Benefits, HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Healthcare Administration, or HR Outsourcing who are interested in a flexible, performance-driven consulting opportunity.
The consultant will play a dual role by helping Benwiz identify and develop new business opportunities while also supporting the creation of client solutions, proposals, sales collateral, and strategic partnerships.
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the US market.
- Build relationships with Employee Benefits Brokers, HR Consulting Firms, PEO/EOR Organizations, Healthcare Organizations, and Small to Mid-Sized Employers.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with prospects.
- Maintain and manage prospect pipelines and follow-up activities.
Solutions & Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Assist in designing HR Outsourcing and Benefits Administration solutions.
- Participate in client presentations and discovery calls.
- Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and service packaging.
- Develop statements of work and solution recommendations.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain company profiles, sales decks, service one-pagers, proposal templates, and case studies.
- Assist in website content development and service positioning.
- Develop LinkedIn content and thought leadership material.
- Support branding and go-to-market initiatives.
Strategic Growth
- Identify new service opportunities.
- Assist in developing broker and referral partnerships.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
- Support expansion of Benwiz's HR and Benefits Outsourcing offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- US Employee Benefits Administration
- Open Enrollment
- HR Operations
- Healthcare Administration
- HR Outsourcing
- Employee Benefits Consulting
- Strong understanding of:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Benefits
- Benefits Administration
- Open Enrollment
- COBRA
- HR Shared Services
- Experience supporting US-based clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience creating proposals, presentations, or client-facing materials.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Employee Benefits Brokers.
- Knowledge of ICHRA Administration.
- Experience with Benefits Administration Platforms.
- Existing professional network within US HR, Benefits, Healthcare, or Consulting sectors.
- Prior business development or consulting experience.
