- Handling end-to-end HR operations
- Managing attendance and payroll coordination
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Administrative coordination across multiple teams/floors
- Vendor and facility management
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
