Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to manage key administrative responsibilities including company asset maintenance, office tools and supplies, recruitment coordination, and stationery inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and support the HR team in achieving organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

· Maintain records of office assets including laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.

· Coordinate asset allocation, tracking, and recovery during employee onboarding and offboarding.

· Ensure regular maintenance and timely repairs of company assets.

Office Tools & Infrastructure:

· Oversee procurement, setup, and maintenance of office hardware and software tools.

· Liaise with vendors for servicing and troubleshooting office equipment (printers, projectors, etc.).

· Monitor office utilities and ensure functional workspaces.

Recruitment Support:

· Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and documentation.

· Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, and other platforms.

· Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Stationery & Office Supplies:

· Manage inventory of stationery and other office consumables.

· Place orders for new supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.

· Keep a detailed log of usage and supplier records.
